PROBLEMS OF WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT IN WHOLESALE BUSINESS.

(A CASE STUDY OF NIGERIA BOTTLING COMPANY IKEJA DEPOT, LAGOS – STATE.)

ABSTRACT

          The project is considered with the significance of management of warehouse in the wholesale business

           Warehouse management is not properly cover as a result of poor handling facilities, lack of training personnel.

          This research work looks into the problem of stocking the warehouse in the wholesale business organization.

          In this research primary and secondary data were utilized while chi – square was used to analysed the data collected.

          However, it was find out that warehouse that warehouse management of individual organization have not be able to achieve the effectiveness and efficiencies of storage facilities.

          The conclusion is that standard price is used more than rest and this made the warehouse finance management more effective and efficient.

          Therefore, it is my hope that this research will help the individual wholesale business on how to run – effective and efficient stock warehouse management system.
