ABSTRACT
The
team of this research work is the budgeting and budgetary control: a guide to
management performance in view of the organisation’s strategic plan a study of
union Dicon plc Lagos.
The
needs for the budgeting of this research work is to know or determine the
factors that management of every organization need to plans are effectively and efficiently
implemented so as to attain the set of goal, if there is significant devaluation
from the target.
The
research uses primary sources to gather data through questionnaire distribution
and observation methods while gathered were analyses through chi-square method.
Based
on the data analyzed, it was found out that the application of budgetary
control improve organization performance, it is concluded that budgetary
control provides useful detail for planning.
